It should be noted, that all students from the US are working specialists (teachers, school administrators, deputy principals), who decided to take master's degree of Educational Leadership to further career development.

During next three days, American students will work in schools of Veliky Novgorod (Gymnasium №1, “Novoschool”, “Harmony” - elementary school) in a job-shadowing mode. Students will participate in classes and interact with Russian colleagues on-the-spot. After intensive work students will have to project their reports about the work they have done before their professors and Russian colleagues.

The cultural program is also planned for our American guests – they will visit sightseeing attractions of Veliky Novgorod and attend to “Mister NovSU” show. Professor Barbara Howard is going to be one of the jury.
