02.11.2016  Young artists will show their works at the annual regional exhibition “Listopad”

At 03:00 pm on 1 November, the annual regional exhibition “Listopad” of Youth Section of the Novgorod branch of the Russian Artists' Union opened in the library center "Chitay-gorod" (Kochetov Str, 37).

32 young artists take part in the exhibition: teachers and students of NovSU and Novgorod College of Arts, teachers of Novgorod art school. The exhibition will show feature paintings and graphic works, author’s objects, decorative painting on fabric, tapestry. 

The main aim of the exhibition is to give a possible boost to the creative growth of the authors, to help them to introduce the audience with their new ideas and images. "Exhibition activity in the youth section is for young artists a solid step on the way of entry into the Russian Artists’ Union", - said the organizer and curator of the project, the head of the youth section, Novgorod State University assistant professor of the department of design Alexander Oligerov. 

The exhibition will continue till 30 November.
