25.05.2017  NovSU Students Are Second in All-Russian Olympiad on HR Management

Last week, on May 17-19, the School of Economics and Management students, who major in the Human Resources Management, took part in the inter-university staff forum named after A. Kibanov “Innovative HR Management”.

The goal of the Forum – development of HR Management theory and practice, enhancement of human resources, innovational solutions assistance in the HR and intellectual wealth in management sphere, competitive growth of graduates majoring in HR Management. 

On the NovSU team were Julia Grigorieva, Natalia Gavrilova, Daria Baranova, Natalia Livenko, Tatyana Osipova.

On May 17 within the framework of the Forum, an Innovative Research Project Competition on the HR Management and Labor Economics was held among students and post-graduate students. As a result, Julia Grigorieva was second with her report “Skill Matrix as a Tool of Employee's Personal Development at Large Enterprise. Daria Baranova won in the nomination “Thorough Knowledge of the HR Management Theory and Fundamentals” with her report “Career Management System.” Natalia Gavrilova was first in the nomination “Practical Significance in Solving the Personnel Problem” with her report “The Role of Labor Discipline in Organization’s Activity.” Natalia Livenko won in the nomination “In-Depth Theoretical Analysis of Personnel Solution” with the report on “Employee Incentive Management”, and Tatyana Osipova was the best in the nomination “Thorough Knowledge of the HR Management Theory and Fundamentals” with her report “Labor Potential of the Organization. 

On May 18, an All-Russian Student Olympiad “HR Management: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.” The NovSU team was second among the teams from 30 Universities in Russia.
