Учредителем и издателем журнала является государственное образовательное учреждение высшего образования Новгородский государственный университет им. Ярослава Мудрого. Журнал зарегистрирован Министерством по делам печати, телерадиовещания и средств массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации (свидетельство ПИ №77-17766 от 10 марта 2004 года). 


Журнал издается по сериям: "Технические науки", "Медицинские науки" и распространяется по подписке – индекс 78597 в интернет-каталоге ООО «Урал-Пресс Центр». 

Журнал «Вестник НовГУ» рецензируемый, включен в Реферативный журнал и базы данных ВИНИТИ. Для оценки качества публикуемых статей по каждой серии созданы институты рецензирования. Журнал размещается на сайте научной электронной библиотеки (НЭБ "eLIBRARY.ru"), при которой создан "Российский индекс научного цитирования" (РИНЦ). (Импакт-фактор журнала за 2020 г. - 0,309).

About “Vestnik NovSU”

Vestnik NovSU (ISSN 2076-8052) is an interdisciplinary open access journal covering fundamental and applied research in technical (physics and engineering) and medical sciences. Vestnik NovSU  publishes manuscripts, selected through a fair reviewing process to create a open access journal.

The establisher of the Journal is State Higher Education Institution Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University. The Journal is registered by the Ministry of Press, Broadcasting and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation (Printed publication licence no. 77-17766 dated 10 March 2004).

The series of the Journal include “Engineering Sciences”, “Medical Sciences”. The Journal is distributed by subscription – the subscription index is 78597 in the catalogue of “Pressa Rossii”.

“Vestnik NovSU” Journal is included in the Abstract service and the databases of All-Union Institute of Scientific and Technical Information. A peer-review institution is founded for every series in order to evaluate the manuscripts’ quality. The expert boards of every series give the decision of publication with reference to a positive review by Doctor of Science and the submitted manuscript. On-line version of the Journal is available on eLIBRARY.ru which holds the database of Russian Science Citation Index. (RSCI). The Journal 2020 impact factor is 0.309.
