Requirements for Conference Participation

 1. Registration

To participate in the conference, you need to get acquainted with the working sections of the conference – thematic blocks, guidelines for conference materials, requirements for registration and paper submission, the conference outcomes, fill in the application form and the copyright agreement. All materials are to be sent to the e-mail address of the organizers: conference.ieup@mail.ru.

2. Guidelines for Conference Materials

• Application Form file should be named as follows:  Zajavka_Ivanov (applicaion, low line, 1st author’s surname, file extension: *.doc или *.docx). Application Form file can be downloaded here.
• The article should be submitted in MS Word format (extension:*.doc or *.docx) into a template of a publishing house. The name of the paper file should contain the abbreviation of the title of the collection, the year of issue and the name of the first author, for example: MTSDT2019_Ivanov. • Copyright Agreement (after receiving the article acceptance letter, the agreement on the placement of the article in a foreign journal and the receipt of documents for payment). A template to fill in can be found here.

3. Registration Fee

• Registration Fee – 16 000 rubles.
• Payment details for registration fee will be sent to the author along with the article acceptance letter.
