28.12.2013 “You’ve got a good rate of thinking, but experience lack of knowledge” - Addressed Mikahil Zadornov to NovSU Students On Friday 27 December, Mikhail Zadornov, the famous Russian stand-up comedian and writer met with NovSU students, faculty and staff members. At the outset of the meeting, the satirist asked participants not to turn it into an entertainment concert, but suggested to talk over the things which were interesting to the audience. At first, Mikhail Zadornov was asked if his arrival in Veliky Novgorod was for no reason in particular. “Eh, I was asked to speak in front of you. At the same time, I’m going to give a concert just to repay the money I’ve spent to come here” – answered the satirist. However, there were a lot of serious questions among humorous ones. Students asked about his attitude to Vladimir Medinskiy, the RF Minister of Culture, the books worth to read, and the purpose of human living. “I do want to bring to the youth how it’s important to be well-educated” - noted Zadornov. “No one among all the greatest personalities throughout the history, was brought up by a state, it was a self – education which made them great. Unfortunately, nowadays we can see that the young generation has broken thinking and disable to concentrate upon things for some time. You’ve got a good rate of thinking, but experience lack of knowledge, so you are to work on yourself”. English |
