General information

In the frameworks of Campus Europae project international students may come to Novgorod State University  for 1 or 2  academic year.

The following institutes are ready to accept students:

          Institute of Electronic and Information Systems
          Institute of Humanities
          Institute of Medical Education
          Institute of Continuous Pedagogical Education
          Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources
          Institute of Economics and Administration
          Polytechnic Institute

Academic terms and application deadlines   Fall (1st) Semester:

from 1st of September to December.
Examination period – January.
Winter break.

Spring (2nd) Semester:

mid February – May.
Examination period – June.
Summer break – July – August.

Application deadline: 15th of May.

Application package

In addition to Campus Europae application form international students should provide the following documents to NovSU Campus Europae Coordinator:

• Nomination letter signed and stamped by Home University CE Coordinator
• Students Exchange Programme Application Form
• A scan copy of travelling passport (page with photo and the date of expiry)
• International Health Insurance valid in the Russian Federation

Applicants' passport should be valid six (6) Months more after the end of planned exchange  period! Otherwise Applicant will be unable to get Russian visa.

Accommodation

In dormitory, appox. price – 3.000 rubles per month.
