11.02.2008  A new Department of Information Business Systems is established at NovSU

A new department will be a university department. Dmitry Postelnik, an associate professor of Department of Information Technologies and Systems is appointed as a head of the new department.
Development and introduction of new master programmes on analysis and management of information business systems, involvement of the leading Russian and international companies into specialists’ training and development of the department are the main spheres of its activity. Thus, IBS company - the leader on the market of business-offers, administration consulting, and IT-services - becomes its major partner and customer. According to the agreement on cooperation between IBS and NovSU seven of 5-year students are competitively chosen as full time employees of the company. At the same time they attend to the master programme at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
