The Memoirs of NovSU is published on an open access basis under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution – NonCommercial 4.0 International Public License (CC BY–NC 4.0). This means that users may copy and distribute the work in any medium or format, adapt and transform texts under the following terms:

• It is necessary to indicate the authors of original works, provide a link to the Memoirs of NovSU,
  and indicate any changes being made.
• It is prohibited to use the materials of the Journal for commercial purposes.

By submitting an article for publication in the Memoirs of NovSU, the author attaches to the set of documents a completed licence agreement for granting the right to use a work. According to the licence agreement, the author (licensor) guarantees that:

• The work is original (not previously published in its current or similar form, including translation) and reliable (does not contain deliberately erroneous or falsified statements);
• The work is not under review with another publisher.

By publishing an article in the Memoirs of NovSU, the authors agree to transfer the following rights to the publisher:

• The right to reproduce and distribute the whole of the material or any of its parts in any material form including the print and electronic media in the form of a separate work, as part of the journal, in the databases of the publisher and/or other persons at the discretion of the publisher.
• The right to give access to the article or its select part granting to anyone interested, from any place and at any time, upon his or her choice (including via the Internet).
• The right to translate the article, make editorial revisions, make changes, abbreviations and additions, provide the article with illustrations, forewords, afterwords, comments and other explanations that do not distort the author's intent, without the consent of the author (licensor).

The authors have the right to post their work on the Internet (e.g., on a personal website or in an institutional and other repository) before, during and after the review process, as this promotes active scholarly discussion of the material and increases the number of references to this work.

The authors retain the full rights to their texts published in the journal without restrictions, including the right of authorship, the right to a name, etc.
