register:

• fill up the Application Form, 
• send it to: ietconf@novsu.ru  

submit materials satisfying the requirements:

• requirements to conference material submission,
• editorial requirements

pay the conference fee: 13 500 rubles.

The Second Announcement will contain all banking information needed.
