Comparative Aspects of Human Resource Management (3 cr., offered on request)
Course aim: To provide the students with the differentiated knowledge in the field of HRM, balancing theory and empirical research with problems and projects involving actual experience.
Course objectives:
- set up the conditions for achieving a new level of apprehension and understanding of major concepts and basic notions of HRM;
- develop the students’ critical thinking, reflective reasoning and ability to perceive, to interpret, and to apply the results of research findings in the field of HRM;
- compare national and international practice of HRM.
