Introduction to Russian Law

Introduction to Russian Law (offered on request) 

Course Aim: To represent an examination of the legal system of the Russian Federation, hierarchy of the sources of Russian Law, Russian judicial system; and describe main principles and structure of Russian Criminal and Civil Law and procedure, including examining of some particular cases and also provides an overview of constitutional law and the protection of civil rights in Russia.

Course objectives:
-   form basic knowledge of Russian law, legal profession and education;
-   develop the skills required to effectively use norms of Russian Law and interact in legal or business environment concerning Russia.
