International Finance

International Finance (10 cr.) (Fall semester)

Course Aim: To give the information about the influence of globalization on the different sectors of economic, and provide the fundamental knowledge in the framework of Multinational corporation activities, international markets and institutions operation, foreign investment analyses. 

Course objectives:
–  provide an understanding of influence of the process of globalization of economy upon regions, markets and merchandise, service and trade; of the development of the financial markets; of the major financial instruments and of the development of the multinational enterprises;
–  provide an understanding of how to measure and manage translation and transaction exposure, how to create and manage of international portfolio investment.
