Organizational Psychology (3 cr., offered on request)
Course Aim: To provide the students with the differentiated knowledge in the field of Organizational Psychology, balancing theory and empirical research with problems and projects involving actual experience.
Course objectives:
- broaden the professional competence concerning the behavior in environments created by manufacturing, commercial, industrial, governmental, and other work-oriented organizations;
- set up the conditions for achieving a new level of appreciating and understanding concepts and basic notions of Organizational Psychology.
