Functions: 

• Development of the NovSU cooperation with Russian and international research-and-educational centers, participation in international network projects to implement the principles of the Bologna Declaration;
• Providing consulting support to the NovSU subdivisions in arranging international cooperation in the field of education and research, training of NovSU academic staff and personnel for grant proposal preparation, attraction of prospective partners for the international cooperation;
• Search and implementation of new schemes of academic mobility of NovSU students and faculty members;
• Providing the university subdivisions with information on the international events conducted at NovSU, region and state, on international scientific and educational programs, projects, competitions;
• Collection and initial analysis of reports on international business trips, and visits of foreign citizens and international events held at the University;
• Preparation of information on the international activities of the University for the press center and University website, and (upon request) for public authorities of the city, region, ministries and departments of the Russian Federation;
• Development, coordination and implementation of international educational programs;
• Carrying out comparative studies, analysis of domestic and international experience in the field of internationalization of higher education, participation in experience exchange, transfer of knowledge and best practices in the field of organization and implementation of international educational programs.
