История развития отрасли связи и коммуникаций в Швеции (конец XVIII — начало ХХI вв.) 

Рассматривается становление отрасли связи и телекоммуникаций в одной ведущих стран этой отрасли в настоящий момент — Швеции. Отмечены вехи становления технологий массовой коммуникации в данной скандинавской стране, вклад национальной технической интеллигенции в развитие отрасли связи, шведских коммерческих фирм и производственных объединений. Подчёркивается роль корпорации Ericsson и её доминирующая роль в развитии национальных телекоммуникаций. Отмечена эволюция средств связи и телекоммуникаций – от телеграфии до 5G технологий включительно. В работе делается вывод о том, что совокупность факторов развития в области связи позволяют говорить о Швеции, как одном из государств-лидеров в этой инновационной сфере не только в Европе, но и в мире.

History of the communications industry development in Sweden (late 18th — beginning of the 21st centuries)

The article discusses the formation of the communications and telecommunications industry in one of the leading countries in this industry at the moment — Sweden. The milestones of the formation of mass communication technologies in the country, the contribution of the national technical intelligentsia to the development of the communications industry, Swedish commercial firms and industrial associations are noted. The role of Ericsson Corporation and its dominant role in the development of national telecommunications is emphasized. The evolution of communications and telecommunications is noted – from telegraphy to 5G technologies inclusive. The paper concludes that a combination of development factors in the field of communications allows us to speak of Sweden as one of the leading states in this innovative field not only in Europe, but also in the world.
