Роль трансфера германских технологий в развитии советского дизелестроения в 1920—1930-х гг. (на материалах завода «Русский Дизель»)

В 1920—1930-х гг. перед советским государством стояла задача создать мощный торговый и военный флот. При этом полноценная реализация амбициозной программы судостроения была невозможна без постройки собственных дизельных двигателей современных конструкций. Это обстоятельство предопределило начало активной работы по развитию отечественного дизелестроения. Один из основных центров дизелестроения было решено создать на базе бывшего механического завода «Людвиг Нобель» (с 1919 г. — «Русский Дизель»). Данное предприятие уже имело опыт постройки таких двигателей. Однако несовершенство имеющейся промышленной базы, нехватка квалифицированных кадров, общее технологическое отставание — все это требовало привлечения зарубежной технической помощи. Одной из стран, готовых к сотрудничеству и обладающих технической возможностью оказать необходимое содействие, в то время была Германия. В настоящей статье предпринята попытка рассмотреть предпосылки сотрудничества завода «Русский дизель» с германскими фирмами и частными лицами, выявить ключевые направления данного сотрудничества и их специфику на различных этапах, а также оценить влияние этого сотрудничества на становление и развитие советского дизелестроения.

The role of German industrial technologies transfer in Soviet diesel engine building development (based on materials of the Russian Diesel plant)

In the 20s and 30s of the XX century, the Soviet state was faced with the task of creating a powerful merchant and military fleet. The implementation of the ambitious shipbuilding program was impossible without the construction of its own modern diesel engines. This fact predetermined the beginning of active work on the development of domestic diesel engine production. It was decided to create one of the main centers of diesel engine building on the basis of the Ludvig Nobel machine-building plant (since 1919 — the Russian Diesel plant). This enterprise had already had the experience of building such engines. However, the imperfections of the industrial base, the shortage of qualified personnel, the technology gap — all this required foreign technical assistance. At that time, one of the countries ready for cooperation and having the technical ability to provide the necessary assistance was Germany. The article attempts to consider the prerequisites for the cooperation of the Russian Diesel plant with German firms and individuals, to identify key directions of this cooperation and their specifics at various stages, and to assess the impact of this cooperation on the formation and development of soviet diesel engine building.
