УНИВЕРСИТЕТЫ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ГОРОДСКОГО ТЕХНОПАРКА:
НОВЫЕ ФОРМЫ СЕМИОТИЧЕСКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПРОСТРАНСТВА

Автором предложена новая концепция развития городского контекста Волгограда. Проведено исследование знаковых систем и символов города с использованием семиотического анализа архитектурных объектов и градостроительных систем. Предложен вариант парадигматической и синтагматической осей в действующем «языке» города. На основе анализа с позиции трёх основных аспектов семиотики определены проблемы в современном прочтении и ассоциативном восприятии города через призму сложившейся языковой системы городских символов. Для определения проблемы градостроительного планирования введено понятие «семиотическая колея городского развития», решить которую можно с помощью семиотического подхода. Предложена авторская концепция интерпретации городского текста – перекодирования существующих осей «языка» города. Новая смысловая концепция города развивает существующий интертекстуальный потенциал образовательного и наукоёмкого ресурса, формируя новые символы, смысловой основой которых является городской университет. В условиях современных процессов переурбанизации, трансформирования привычных форм социального общения переосмысление городского пространства через систему городских университетов позволит сформировать новую ось городского «языка» и вырваться из сложившейся «семиотической колеи городского развития», в которой находится город.

UNIVERSITY IN THE CONTEXT OF URBAN TECHNOPARK:
NEW FORMS OF SEMIOTIC ORGANIZATION OF SPACE

The author proposes a new concept for the development of the urban context of Volgograd. The article contains the study of sign systems and symbols of the city using semiotic analysis of architectural objects and urban planning systems. The option of the paradigmatic and syntagmatic axes in the current “language” of the city is proposed. Based on the analysis from the position of three main aspects of semiotics, the problems in modern reading and associative perception of the city through the prism of the existing language system of city symbols are identified. The author introduces the concept of “semiotic track of urban development” to determine the problem of urban planning and solves this problem using a semiotic approach. The author’s concept of interpreting the city text – recoding the existing axes of the city’s “language” – is proposed. The new semantic concept of the city develops the existing intertextual potential of the educational and science-intensive resource, forming new symbols, the semantic basis of which is the city university. In the context of modern processes of re-urbanization, transformation of familiar forms of social communication, rethinking the urban space through the system of urban universities will allow to form a new axis of the urban “language” and to go away from the usual “semiotic rut of urban development” in which the city is located.
