ПОВЫШЕНИЕ АКТОРНОСТИ ГОРОДОВ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЯХ

Аннотация. В современном мире происходят существенные изменения, связанные в том числе и с появлением на международной арене новых игроков. Изменения происходят и вследствие активизации деятельности городов, которые обретают признаки субъектов международной политики. Отсюда естественно возникает вопрос о формировании целостной и непротиворечивой картины современной системы международных отношений, образующих её компонентах и основных характеристиках.

INCREASING THE ACTIVITY OF CITIES IN MODERN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Abstract. Significant changes are taking place in the modern world, including the emergence of new players in the international arena. Changes are also taking place as a result of the intensification of the activities of cities, which acquire the characteristics of subjects of international politics. Hence, the question naturally arises about the formation of a holistic and consistent picture of the modern system of international relations, its components and main characteristics.
